1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the bidding marketplace:

• Account Information: Email address and authentication tokens via Google OAuth or Supabase Auth.
• Public Profile Information: Brand name, username/slug, logo URL, tagline/description, and destination website URL.
• Bidding Records: Timestamp, bid amount, and landmark ID associated with your profile.
• Telemetry & Analytics: Aggregated, privacy-safe click and impression counters on active landmark placements to populate advertiser dashboards.

2. How Information Is Used

Your information is used strictly to:

• Process, rank, and display live auction bids and leaderboard rankings.
• Display your logo and brand link on won landmark placements.
• Deliver outbid alerts and placement status notifications to your dashboard.
• Prevent abusive, spam, or multi-account bidding attacks.

3. Zero Raw Payment Storage

BidClaim never stores, processes, or logs raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on its servers. All transaction processing is handled by authorized, PCI-DSS compliant checkout providers.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party data brokers. Data is processed solely through secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel).

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may update your profile at any time in your Account Settings. If you wish to delete your account and associated records, contact us at privacy@bidclaim.lol.
