1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing bids on BidClaim (accessible at bidclaim.lol), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and our Marketplace Bidding Rules.

2. Nature of the Promotional Marketplace

BidClaim is an interactive promotional marketplace allowing brands, startups, creators, and individuals to bid for digital spotlight advertising placements on world landmark nodes rendered across an interactive 3D globe and catalog.

3. Bidding, Auctions & Payment

• $1 Rule: All unplaced landmark auctions start at a baseline of $1.00 USD, with minimum bid increments of $1.00 USD.
• Binding Commitments: A submitted bid constitutes a binding intent to secure digital sponsorship for the specified amount if you remain the highest bidder when the auction concludes.
• Payment & Placement Activation: When an auction ends, the winning bidder enters a Payment Pending state. Digital placement on the landmark activates immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Spotlight Duration: Standard active landmark placements remain spotlighted for 30 consecutive days from payment activation, unless renewed or contested according to auction terms.

4. Content Standards & Prohibited Conduct

Advertisers are solely responsible for the links, logos, and descriptions uploaded to their profile. You agree NOT to:

• Submit misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Link to malware, phishing domains, or unauthorized intellectual property.
• Utilize automated scripts or bots to manipulate auction countdowns or rapid-bidding engines.

BidClaim reserves the right to remove non-compliant advertiser profiles and forfeit associated placements without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

BidClaim is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall BidClaim be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or internet transmission failures.
